Our commercial real estate investments are mostly concentrated in North America with a few investments in Europe and Asia and include residential, office, retail, and industrial properties. Our opportunistic platform employs a straightforward investment strategy. We acquire high-quality, well-located income-producing commercial real estate assets at discounts to replacement cost and then add value through hands-on aggressive asset management. Once we have maximized the assets’ operating performance, we sell the investments to long-term real estate holders and return capital to our investors.
We employ IBH Capital’s investment expertise and its proprietary market data to identify mispriced and/or out-of-favor assets that can deliver compelling risk-adjusted returns in the core+ space as well. We target high-quality assets in gateway cities with a more modest risk profile, longer holding periods, and a significant current income component. We then improve the properties and sell them.
